Variety of Cake Mate Icing, Writing Gels and Cake Mate Writers
Cake Mate Candy Cake Decorations
Royal icing (as “glue”)

Ingredients
2 cups chopped pretzel rods (about 13)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted, divided
1 can (2-1/2 pounds) sweet potatoes, drained
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

New Green Bean Casserole
Makes 10-12 servings
2 cups skim milk
1 russet potato, peeled and diced
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
2 pounds green beans, blanched
½ cup cheddar cheese
2 cups pretzels, crushed
Oil for greasing pan

A Twist on Traditional Thanksgiving Stuffing!

Mmmmmm... Pretzel Stuffing Recipe:

Cooking Time: 60 minutes
1 6oz. pkg. long grain / wild rice prepared according to pkg. directions
8oz. sliced fresh mushrooms, sautéed1 medium onion, chopped, sautéed
1 12oz. pkg. link sausage browned and cut into 1/4" pieces
2 c. Snyder’s of Hanover Hard Sourdough Pretzels, salted or unsalted, broken into 1/2" pieces, crumbs removed
4 c. stuffing croutons, such as Arnolds. Can be seasoned or unseasoned.
1 c. chicken broth, added to out-of-bird stuffing only
salt, pepper, sage to taste

Cake Mate® Writing icing (yellow)

Mini peanut butter cups

Directions:

° Invert peanut butter cups onto cookies and adhere with a little cookie icing.
° Once set, pipe the buckle and trim as shown.
